Answer calls and assess customers’ technical support needs and handle/route accordingly.Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.Sort out technical and some of the basic technical issues based on FAQs.Update customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies.
Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Call support database.Classification of issues and root causes correctly and accurately.Candidate should be OK with Hyderabad as work location.
