- Provide end-user support for the Firm’s electronic legal billing system
- Maintain legal billing system meta data and reporting structures
- Liaise with LCD Support in US and UK with regard to e-billing system upgrades and testing
- Setting up Matters for UK/US matters in TyMetrix.
- Guest visits /Business travel arrangements /Team Events /Exit formalities.
- New/Contractor hiring formalities.
- SOW preparation/liaising with Supply management/vendors.
- American Express card applications/Concur claims.
- Conference Room Booking, Meeting scheduling/sending invites.
- Video Conference arrangements, Stationery management.
- Service Order execution/ MPP, Headcount reconciliation data.
- On-site consultancy data ,Temporary access card / guest pass arrangements.
- Admin related meetings/trainings/ calls, Desk movements /allocations.
- Co-coordinating with internal departments, Time sheets .
- Updating telephone directory, Adhoc data requested by CRES/HR/Site Management, etc.
- MPP data/queries
You Offer
- Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor degree. Post Graduate in management, project management, accounts, & finance will be advantageous .
- Comfortable with software applications; prior system administrator experience preferred.
- Previous admin experience or Banking background preferred.
- Knowledge of People soft will be added advantage.
- Good MS Excel, MS Word, Power point presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Capable of thinking laterally and challenging conventional wisdom.
- A team player with a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to quality.
